RATIONALE FOR THE DRAG CONTEST-2009
CALL AND REGISTRATION
1 .- The purpose of this contest is the election of the Drag Queen-Universe 2009, a second, third, fourth and fifth graded.
2 .- may participate all persons , which previously they make a request in writing to the organization Drag-Queen Universe through established means.
3 .- The participants in the election of Drag Queen Universe must meet the following criteria and provide the following information:

FEATURES AND DIMENSIONS

10 .- The Drag-Queen Universe organization reserves the right to hold the pre necessary to elect participants move to the end, always with the aim of ensuring the artistic quality of the International Competition Drag-queen Universe. COMPOSITION OF JURY 13 th .-
The members of the jury and the secretary will be appointed by the organization Drag Queen Universe according to the approach established for this purpose. SYSTEM OF GUEST
14 .- The jury will take into account in the rate the following aspects:
Costumes: fantasy and originality of the costumes, being the valuation of the grant of 1 to 10 points.
Interpretation: participants must make an exhibition of art (play back, choreography, humor, etc.). In a period not exceeding three (3) minutes, as the valuation of the grant of 1 to 10 points. 21 .- Failure to comply with any of the sections of these bases, will mean the loss of awards and titles that could be applied.
